How to Enroll
Wondering how to enroll in Quest? Follow the steps below to enroll your child for the 2025-2026 school year!
- Step 1
Download the enrollment packet OR pick up a paper copy of the paperwork at your child's school.

Step 2
Complete the enrollment packet and send the paperwork to your child's school OR to Erin Gates.
- Step 3
Once Quest staff receives the paperwork, they will enroll your child in ProCare and charge the registration fee.
- Step 4
If there are any questions about your paperwork OR a school has a waitlist, Quest staff will reach out to you.
Summer Quest 2026 is coming soon! Enrollment for Summer Quest will be available this spring.
