  • Catawba County Schools is excited to announce that we are expanding the mental health services that are available for our students. Beginning in the 2017 – 2018 school year, we will contract with Support, Inc. to provide School Based Therapy in all of our schools. Without ever having to leave the school campus, your child can work confidentially with an individual therapist on issues impacting their lives. Support, Inc. can begin the referral process for your child this summer and provide services without delay when school starts back. If your child has previously received school based therapy services from another provider, you can transfer your services to Support, Inc. this summer as well. Please contact Maria Ballard, Director of Student Services, if you would like additional information or if you have any questions.
