    District Parent Nights

Bandys High School (Gym) - Monday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m.

Fred T. Foard High School (Gym) - Tuesday, May 1 at 6:30 p.m.

Mrs. Rouse Ruiz lost her teenage daughter to an accidental overdose of prescription drug medication.  During the program, Ms. Rouse Ruiz shares her personal story as well as information about prescription drugs and signs of drug abuse.  She emphasizes that often children hide drugs and drug paraphernalia in their bedrooms. Mrs. Rouse Ruiz uses a traveling bedroom to teach parents where children might hide prescription drugs and how to conduct a proper safety sweep of their child's room.

Due to the nature of the content, the program is designed for adults only.  We ask that students not attend.
