Return to Learn - Reopening Plans 2020-21

Return to Learn 2020-21: Your Choices

Please explore our website to help you understand your choices for this school year. It's a big decision, and we hope to make it easier for you by providing you with as much information as possible so you can make an informed decision.

We are happy to be able to offer our families 2 choices for the upcoming school year: Either a 100% remote option through our very own Online Catawba K-12 Virtual Learning Academy, or the state's A/B/C Plan, which we're currently operating under plan B - a mix of in-person and virtual learning for almost all of our students.

In order for us to plan for the best school year possible, we need all parents to complete a "Student Intent Form" for each student by August 1, 2020.

This form will give us critical information such as whether you choose the in-person option or 100% remote option through Online Catawba, whether your child(ren) will need bus transportation and more.

If you already know which option you are going to choose, you are welcome to complete the Intent Form now. Otherwise, please feel free to explore our FAQ document, sanitization plan, and details about the scheduling under Plan B.
