Health care costs are on the rise.  A flexible spending account is a great resource to help cover out-of-pocket expenses. Paying for child care? There are advantages to enrolling in the Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account. When you enroll in an FSA, monthly deductions are taken out of your check to equal the amount you choose. With the Health Care FSA , you receive the entire amount in your FSA account on the first day of the plan year (August 1). The Dependent Day Care FSA reloads each month.
