Welcome to MMS! My name is Shalon Scott and I am excited to be here at Maiden Middle School. I am a two time graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University receiving my bachelor's degree in Sociology and my master’s degree in School Counseling. I am from a small town by the name of Pfafftown, which is right outside of Winston-Salem, where I grew up attending Forsyth County Schools. I am a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated. Two of our four sorority principals are scholarship and service which I fulfill each day with the MMS students. I have officially lived in Hickory since 2015 and I love this area. I am excited to see what great things we can do here at Maiden Middle School. If you would like to meet with me one on one, my calander is posted.
