NEWTON, May 13, 2024 – The Catawba County Board of Education will hold a Closed Session on
Monday, May 20, 2024, at the Catawba County Schools Center for Administrative Services (2285 North
Anderson Avenue, Newton, North Carolina). The Closed Session will be held in the boardroom, beginning
at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m. The meeting is closed to the public.

NEWTON, May 13, 2024 – The Catawba County Board of Education will hold a regular meeting on
Monday, May 20, 2024, at Catawba County Schools Center for Administrative Services (2285 North
Anderson Avenue, Newton, North Carolina). The meeting will be held in the boardroom, beginning at 6:00 p.m. To ensure everyone’s safety, the regular meeting is subject to an occupancy cap of 60 seats for the public. No standing will be allowed in the boardroom during the meeting.
