MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING
A. Pre-bid Meeting: The Owner, Architect, and Engineers will conduct a Pre-bid
meeting as indicated below:

1. Meeting Date: Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
2. Meeting Time: 10:00 a.m., local time.
3. Location: Claremont Elementary School Media Center, 3384 East Main
Street, Claremont, NC 28610

B. Attendance:

1. Prime Bidders: Attendance at the Pre-bid meeting is mandatory.
2. Notice: Bids will only be accepted from prime bidders represented on
Pre-bid Meeting sign-in sheet.

The meeting will address project scope, bidding procedures, and forms, including
MBE requirements.
