Good evening, Catawba County Schools families,
It’s hard to believe that it is already time to get ready for the 2021-22 school year. As of right now, we are planning for the 2021-22 school year to begin on August 23, 2021, with all grades returning to in-person learning five days per week inside our school buildings.
With the vaccine and summer coming and the state’s current push to return all school districts to in-person learning, all indices point to this being possible. Ultimately, we have to follow the state’s guidance and this may change, but we are planning for a full return to in-person learning.
For our families who prefer a virtual option, we are also proud to offer our Online Catawba K-12 Virtual Learning Academy.
