 I believe all students should be able to come to school and find a safe and happy environment where they can learn.  I believe all children can learn and grow at their own rate and in their own way.  I believe students come to school to learn more than academics.  They learn social skills, conflict resolution skills, and character strengths.  I believe these aspects, as well as home life and out of school factors, greatly affect student academics and that it is my job to address these factors with students so that they can be successful in academics and in life.
