New in the Media Center!

New, New, New!  Coming now and coming soon, new books!  Processing as fast as they come in, this year’s book orders.  First on the list are those earned from this fall’s Book Fair.  Thanks  to all of you who purchased books at our book fair, we have lots of fiction, science, technology, and fun books ready for check out!  Included are the new Eoin Colfer, Harry Potter, a few graphic novels and the complete Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants set.  Come see what we may have for you!  Don’t forget, we do have magazines you can browse while you stay in the library.

Help! For Your Library!

Book Sponsor Program brings new life into the library.

Recently, there have been new donations made to our media center for purchasing new books.  The Tharpe Company of Statesville, who has supported projects in the past has made a donation for books.  Also, our very own Theatre Arts group has had a donation made in their name.  To prepare for their projects, Theatre students regularly come to the Media Center to do research.  Books purchased with these donations will be placed with a bookplate in the front that will have “Theatre Arts” and “The Tharpe Co.”, respectively.  Join these and other sponsors who have honored graduates, favorite teachers, or favorite students in some cases, by making a donation in their name.  See Mrs. Mitchell or Mrs. Robinson or simply fill out the form on the school website media page by clicking below.
