Parent Meeting for this year's 2011-2012 Men's and Women's Swim Team
Thursday November 10th at 7:00pm in the library.

Parent Meeting this thursday will take care of ordering all necessary items for this season.  It is mandatory that your parent attends!!  We will go over rules and expectations.  We will sign off on all papers necessary for eligibility.  Plan to stay until about 8:30pm.  I will hurry but can only go but so fast on information I am instructed to give to you and have signed. 
 
Wednesday Nov 9th we will purchase swim suits from Carolina Swim Shop.  You need to see me for the order form.  You will need to make arrangements to be at the Conover YMCA to purchase and try on your swim suits.
 
New swimmers will need to purchase swim fins.  If you have some of your own or want to borrow someone elses that is fine.  They will also be available for purchase from Carolina Swim shop on Wednesday.
 
*****Parents of Year Round Swimmers!!!!*****
 
Your son or daughter will receive an attendance sheet to be filled out by their coach each week.  If they are absent from practice for no reason and have not contacted me about their absense they will not swim in the next meet.  If they do not turn in an attendance sheet they will not swim in the meet.  Lets not make this an issue.  They are responsible for returning this sheet to me on Monday in enrichment.
 
If the swimmers at the Conover YMCA are held responsible for attendance at practice the year round swimmers should be held accountable also.
