Print project cover

Collect the following items for your scrapbook. Each item is worth a designated amount of points, so you can earn as many as you like. I take into consideration the amount of work put into finding or collecting some items, so point values differ based on effort. Final project due June 4, 2010.

You can earn as many or a little points as you like. It is all up to you! Your grade will reflect the point value of the items you collect plus the finished product.
Grading Requirements:
Items collected: up to 126 points
Neatness of product (decorated cover, items labeled): 15 points

o View other student projects on Mrs. Lamb’s website on the Social Studies page
o The finished product can be as elaborate as you wish, but do not break the bank! A polished, simple project is better than a fancy product without much thought put into the actual items collected. The collected items are what matter!
o Use an old photo album or binder and decorate the cover to save money.
o Use the cheaper sticky photo album pages if you like. They hold together well.
o Carpool with classmates to get your photos. Group shots are ok!
o Have fun with your family doing this. You may all learn something!
