Physical Education Behavior Chart

1. Unprepared (no tennis shoes, shorts/pants)

2. Not listening and/or following directions

3. Unsafe play

4. Bullying/Put downs

5. Poor sportsmanship/cheating

6. Lack of effort/participation

*If the above behaviors are displayed during class, they are documented alongside the date of occurence.

*The Physical Education Staff utilize the behavior chart as a way of tracking student behavior. The chart helps calculate report card grades, as well as determining participation in extracurricular activities.
