**PE activity is a part of the state curriculum for health and is incorprated within the grading period. The Scheduled PE meets state requirements for the "Healthy Active Children" Act.**
** Planning a curriculum on skin damage prevention with a speaker presenting on this topic.**
**Shoes and participation are required daily in PE.
***A note is needed for non-participation due to injury or illness. If a student needs to be excused 3 or more days a written doctor notification is required. Also if a student has a prolonged injury or illness a written doctor notification of release to participate is required.
