How to Program a Video
*Click on the MLS Access icon on your desktop
*Enter Username and Password
*Click on MEDIA RETRIVAL
*Click on FIND & RESERVE MEDIA
*Type in a keyword or video title and click GO
*Search through the list of movies and click on the desired title
*Click on SCHEDULED PLAYBACK
*You must fill out the information in order on this page
-Select the Room
- Select the Period
- Click on the day of the week to schedule the video
- Click DONE
Your selection should be displayed in the gray rectangular box on the right
If one of the fields says, "NONE", you must delete your selection & start over
You must schedule a video one day in advance!! If Your Remote Control Doesn't Work
*Click on the MLS Access icon on your desktop
*Enter Username and Password
*Click on MEDIA RETRIVAL
*Click on REMOTE CONTROL
*Choose your room number from the drop down box
*You should be able to use the video controls on your screen
(ex. play, stop, rewind, etc.
