About Me

 

Hi,

My name is Donna Staton.  I have been teaching music at Maiden Elementary for twelve years.  I graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education and from Appalachian State University with a Master’s Degree in Music Education.  In 2001, I received National Board Certification.  I am also certified in levels one, two and three of Orff Schulwerk training.

My family includes a husband, Michael; one daughter, Leah; one son, Steven.
