Reviewed 7 steps to scientific method and began practicing with the creation of hypotheses and how to differentiate between independent and dependent variables. |

Worked as a class to carry the "Beriberi Case Study" through the scientific method, then worked on pairs to do the "Penicillin Case Study." |
