 Ms. Dellinger

Donna Dellinger teaches Civics/Economics, Bible History, and AP US History.  She was born in Hickory, North Carolina and attended Campbell University and graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne College.  Mrs. Dellinger has been teaching for 3 years and is a track coach.  She is also an advisor for the Juniorettes.

In her free time Mrs. Dellinger enjoys reading and playing with her children.  She also enjoys spending time with her husband and pulling for her favorite teams the NY Yankees and NC State. 

Her favorite thing about Foard is how friendly the faculty and staff are.

 Mrs. Cook

Jennifer Cook is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a graduate of  Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana. Ms. Cook teaches Civics, U.S. History, and World History  and has taught for 8 years. She is also the Varsity Softball coach. She enjoys all college basketball and pulling for the Colts, Panthers, and the Pacers.

In her spare time, Ms. Cook, likes to travel, work in her yard, and show Belgian Draft Horses. Her mom has moved to N.C. but the rest of her family lives in Indiana.

Ms. Cook likes the family atmosphere here at Foard. She also likes the fact that the students are very active in outside activities including, Band, Drama, Chorus, and sports.

 Mr. Beaver

Vernon Beaver teaches US History, Bible History, and Civics. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and attended Gardner-Webb. Although this is his first year at Foard he has been teaching for six years, previously at Burns Middle School and Shelby Middle School. He is a football coach.

In his free time Mr. Beaver enjoys playing with his kids, golfing, and cutting his lawn. He and his wife Melissa have two sons Mark and Nic, and two little girls Rylee and Kayla. His favorite pro football team is the Dallas Cowboys.

His favorite thing about Foard is the willingness of the students and staff to help one another.

 Mr. Rucker

Joe Rucker teaches Civics, US and World History. He was born in Coshocton, Ohio and attended Marietta College and Muskingum College. He is a football coach and a track coach.

In his free time he likes hanging out with friends. He is very close with his immediate family and just recently got engaged. His favorite college team is the Ohio State Buckeyes.

His favorite things about Foard are his colleagues and the friendly people.

Shawn Miller teaches US History.  He was born in Jacksonville, NC and attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.  He has been teaching for 5 years and is a football and softball coach.

In his free time Mr. Miller likes spending time with his wife Kelly and his 2 dogs Gryffin and Murray.  He also enjoys going for motorcycle rides.  His favorite teams are the Panthers and Penn State.

Mr. Miller’s favorite things about Foard are the students and staff.

Robert Mark Meuser attended University of Florida majoring in BA Political Science in 1981.  Mr. Meuser have taught the last six years at Fort Pierce Central High School with ESE students. He was the boys/girls Cross Country Head Coach as well as the boys/girls soccer coach. He coached club soccer in Port St Lucie and two years State Cup soccer with TCU in Stewart Florida. This is Mr. Meuser first year at Foard and he is doing inclusion with Coach Miller (History) and Coach Goforth.

In his free time he love to watch his "Gators" play. He is truly an animal lover. His favorite animals are dogs and horses. Mr. Meuser also love the outdoors and living the country life. He have one daughter who just recently graduated from Lenoir Rhyne University and served in the United States Marine Corps.

His favorite thing about Foard is quote, "This school is awesome. I am overwhelmed with how respectful and friendly the students are. How it seems that the teachers actually enjoy teaching. The parents have really made me feel welcomed as well as the staff here at Fred T. Foard."
