Fred T. Foard is located in Newton, North Carolina.  We are currently a 3A school with over 1,000 students.  The mission of the Fred T. Foard High School is to prepare students who are responsible, culturally aware citizens and lifelong learners. All students need to attend school on these dates.  If students have MLK holiday weekend plans, these plans should not interfere with the exam dates.  We cannot give exams on any other dates.
