El 19 de noviembre, los miembros del Club de Español comieron en El Paso. Nosotros pedimos la comida en español y conversamos con los camareros en español también. Hay fotos en el "Photo Gallery" a la derecha.
On Nov 19, the members of the Spanish Club ate at El Paso. We ordered food in Spanish and talked to the waiters in Spanish too. There are photos in the Photo Gallery to the right.
El 8 de diciembre, nosotros celebramos la Navidad. Tuvimos una fiesta en el cuarto de Sra. Joyce. Rompimos una piñata y cantamos los villancicos en español. Hay fotos en el "Photo Gallery" a la derecha.
On Dec. 8, we celebrated Christmas. We had a party in Mrs. Joyce’s classroom. We broke a piñata and sang Christmas carols in Spanish. There are photos in the Photo Gallery to the right.
El 20 de diciembre, miembros del club, con Señora Joyce y Señora Loftin, cantaron villancicos en la calle de Nathan S (el presidente del club). Después, tomamos chocolate y comimos galletas en la casa de Nathan. (¡Gracias a sus padres!) Todos se divirtieron mucho. Miren las fotos en el “Photo Gallery”.
On Dec 20, club members, along with Mrs. Joyce and Mrs. Loftin, went caroling in the neighborhood of Nathan S, club president. Afterwards, we had cookies and hot chocolate at his house, thanks to his parents! Everyone had a good time. Look at the photos in the Photo Gallery.
El Club de Español y el Club de Matemáticas juntaron latas de comida para una obra benéfica antes de la Navidad. ¡El total fue 444 libras de comida! Gracias a todos los estudiantes que participaron en esta actividad.
The Spanish and Math Clubs collected canned food for donation to charity before our Christmas vacation. We collected a total of 444 pounds of food for ECCCM. Thanks to all students who participated in our canned food drive.
