My name is Rebecca Haddock. This is my third year at BHHS. I returned to teaching after practicing law for 20+ years. I have a bachelor of science degree in Home Economics Education from Campbell University in Buie's Creek, NC. I also have a juris doctorate degree from Duquesne University Law School in Pittsburgh, PA.
This year is the first year of our new FOODS I curriculum - and yes the students will have a CTE Post Assessment (formerly known as a VoCat) this year! (Last year was a field test year - so those students had it a little easier!)
I absolutely love to cook! I am currently working on variations for flavors, filling, and frosting for cupcakes. In my spare time if I'm not cooking, then I'm enjoying time with my two grandsons and family, reading, finding new recipes on-line to try, or spending some time outdoors with my two dogs.
