My name is Daniel Lesosky, and I have been an educator since 2002.  Formerly, I taught in the Detroit Public School system as well as Bethany Lutheran Grade School, also in Detroit. 

I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and I attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo where I attained my teaching certificate.  I am certified in both English and History.  I earned my masters in English Education at Appalachian State University in 2008. 

I am an avid Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Pistons, and, unfortunately, Detroit Lions fan.  I enjoy running and lifting weights as well as the occasional game of golf.
