Personal Information:

I graduated in 2001 from Appalachian State University with a degree in Middle Grades Education.  Go Mountaineers!  I am in my 10th year of teaching here at Arndt.  I taught 7th grade Language Arts for nine years.  This is my first year teaching 8th grade Language Arts. 

I am a Catawba County native having attended elementary, middle, and high school in the Catawba County School System.  My husband Ryan and I have been married for 8 years.  We have a beautiful three year old daughter named Ivy and a cat named Milo.
