Free or Reduced Meal Applications

Parents, legal custodians, legal guardians or persons standing in loco parentis with respect to a student who cannot afford to pay for a student’s meals, who are receiving Food Stamps or who have a foster child or child in a group home are encouraged to apply for meal benefits under the Free or Reduced Meal Program.  Applications for free or reduced meals are available at each school office, the school cafeteria and the Child Nutrition Department at the Central Office.  Only one (1) Free or Reduced Meal Application may be completed per household.  The application must be completed in black or blue ink.  No student can receive free or reduced meal benefits unless an application is completed and approved.  You should complete the free or reduced meal application prior to or at the beginning of the school year in order to receive the maximum benefit from this program.  However, a free or reduced meal application may be completed at any time during the school year.  A new application for free or reduced meals must be completed each school year.  The identity of all students completing an application for free or reduced meals or receiving free or reduced meals is kept confidential.

**Parent letter with instructions and Meal Benefit Application may also be printed from this site by clicking on the links on the right hand side.  Please note when printing the application it must be printed on legal size paper (8 1/2 inch x 14 inch).
