Bandys Trojan Battalion Drill Team Wins “Best of the Best” Military Drill Competition

| The Bandys High School Army JROTC Trojan Battalion Drill Team took 1st place in Military Regulation Drill competition against 21 high school Army JROTC Drill Teams on October 31, 2009, at Freedom High School, Morganton, NC.
.jpg) The Trojan Battalion Drill Team took 1st place overall for their performance in: Platoon Armed, Platoon Unarmed, Squad Armed, Squad Unarmed, Color Guard, Duet and Individual Regulation Military Drill. The competition was hosted by the Patriot Battalion at Freedom High School and judged by US Army Reserve Drill Sergeants from the 3rd Battalion/518th Infantry Regiment.
