Maiden High School approved as ACT Testing Site | 9/28/2009 by Carleen Crawford
| CCS students taking the ACT for college entrance will no longer have to drive to another county to take the test. Maiden High School has become an ACT testing site - the only one in Catawba County. The test will be given at the high school for the first time on December 12 this year and more testing dates will be added next year.
Students planning to register should note that the site has recently been approved but is not listed in the ACT book as a testing site. It will, however, show up in the online registration area: http://www.actstudent.org/
The Maiden High School site testing number is 231010. Students planning to take the test are encouraged to register early as 35 people are required to be registered for this site to test.
The final deadline to register is Nov. 6 for the Dec. 12 testing date. For more information contact: christel_murray@catawbaschools.net |
